I leverage my “corporate experience” as a recruiter, as an HR Professional, and someone that cares about your future to assist you in identifying a “career path”, to formulate a strategy’, and/or to leave you in a place of “truly understanding your strenghts”  as they relate to your professional career fulfillment.

And because we are all unique, the strategy that we come up with together, will be unique to you.

What Makes Me Different As A Career Coach?

I am trained via working both facets of employment process.  I have sourced “great talent”  as an HR professional for the organizations that I have supported.  As well, I have worked with agencies to find “viable talent” for clients in a variety of work environments.  Because of my background, it has been easy to correlate roles to your needs in terms of viable career options.  There is a common theme here.  The common foundation is that I understand the skills, technical and inherent, that are necessary to be successful in today’s business environment.  This insight has been amassed over my 35+ years as an HR professional.  I have a natural, innate talent in understanding people – “and fit to roles”.  In addition, I have ensured that I understood the needs of organizations that I supported.  This means that I understood the nuances of the position, the culture of the organization, as well as the “fit” for the individual.  From a consultative perspective, I ensured that I asked the right questions from my clients to ensure that their staffing needs were met.  From an internal partner, I ensured that I was “on the floor”, in the office of the executive team,  in the office of the managers and supervisor, and understood the business strategy of the organizations that I supported.

How We Will Work Together?

The first step to working with VQS is with a free thirty minute complimentary consultation.  After this initial consultation, we will come up with a strategy specifically suited for you; remember “non-cookie cutter“.  The conversations that we have will all be about you.  They will be based on your individual needs.  After our initial consultation, you will agree upon on the packages that best suits what you are wanting to accomplish with your career coach.

As your Career Coach, I will ask poignant questions, I will listen, I will encourage, and delve into your employment history and/or aspirations to ensure that we have a specific direction to take.

After the initial consultation, we will then proceed with selecting a package that best suits your need.  And because it is individualized to you, you determine how much time we spend together.
